HEMS Remote has been rebuilt to deliver a faster, more reliable mobile experience. Technicians in the field benefit from quicker sync times, easier attachment handling, a consistent interface, and real-time new work order notifications.
Improved Sync Performance
The rebuilt sync engine reduces wait time, with sync times improving from approximately 8–10 minutes to 1–2 minutes under normal conditions. The reduced wait time ensures that when your technicians are ready to go, the application will be too.
Work Order Notifications
Real-time notifications alert technicians as new work orders are assigned, so they get immediate visibility into new assignments and can respond accordingly.
Fields Consistent with HEMS One
Technicians get the same fields and validation in HEMS Remote as are configured in HEMS One, so they have a consistent experience regardless of which interface they are using.
Multiple Attachment Uploads
Technicians can upload up to six attachments in a single operation, reducing documentation time, so tasks are completed more quickly.
Automatic Image Compression
Users can set their image compression rate, so images are automatically compressed before upload, allowing technicians to find a good balance of maintaining readability and document submission time.
