This article covers the various minimum system requirements for the HEMS family of applications.
Web Applications
HEMS web applications support the current and previous major releases of the following browsers:
- Microsoft Edge
- Google Chrome
Supported browsers must have JavaScript enabled and be configured to accept cookies required for authentication and application functionality. We do not support beta, preview, developer, legacy, or vendor-retired browser versions.
Minimum Screen Size Supported
- HEMS One: 10"
- Web Enterprise: 7"
- Web Request : No Minimum
- Call Center: 10"
- Query Writer: 10"
HEMS Remote Mobile Application
Please note, that in order to have a stable enterprise deployment considering plugin compatibility, security standards, performance, and long-term maintainability please use the latest OS for your device. Below is the minimum supported version:
