To access the Service Area & Specialty rates module, click on the hamburger menu in the upper left of the HEMS One window (1), followed by the Utilities menu (2), the Management submenu (3), then Parts Service Area and Specialty Rates (4).
Select a Specialty from the available options and click on the Edit button in the upper right of the module to edit the Hourly Rate. If an hourly rate is not defined for a specific Specialty, that Specialty’s hourly rate will be the same as the Standard Rate for the Service Area. Use the Apply button in the upper right to apply any updates.
